Poreh- Seeb-Zamini
Ingredients: (4 servings)
*Potatoes, 1 kg
*Milk, one cup
*Putter, 2 teaspoons
*Salt
Directions:
Wash and peel potatoes. Add 2-3 glasses of hot water and salt and cook over medium heat for about 20 minutes until soft.
Press well using the back of a fork until potatoes are very soft. Place over low heat. Add milk slowly while stirring so that milk is fully absorbed by potatoes. Add butter, mix well, and serve.
